Yes. Someone is here. I've just gotta find the motivation to post. *sigh*
I am happy to say that I have baked two recipes using my Kitchen-Aid mixer.
The first was Cinnamon-Raisin bread. The end result? Not enough sugary-cinnamon paste to hold the raisins to the bread :(
The second was Coconut cupcakes with Coconut-Cream Cheese frosting. DELICIOUS. Of course, the recipe made a batch big enough to feed two classrooms of 5-year olds! Next time I'll have to cut the recipe in half.
My next challenge? LEMONY POUND CAKE!
